A favorite MCS 4K tradition took place this week...The 4K Feast! Each 4K student brought food to the feast to share. The children served themselves, were allowed to use butter knives to cut, practiced their manners, and loved sitting at our long "family" table.

We are going batty for #InternationalBatWeek in grade 2! Students measured and built six bat houses, learned about the importance of bats in the ecosystem, and read lots of bat books! ❤️🦇 The bat houses will be installed in different places around the school grounds, prairie, and forest to provide habitat for our local flying mammals.
