Mission
The mission of the Merrimac Home and School Association (HSA) is to enhance and support the Merrimac Community School (MCS) Mission Statement, to develop a closer connection between school and home by encouraging caregiver involvement, and to improve the environment of our school through volunteer and financial support.

Committees
Membership, Officers, and Elections
Elections are held each spring at the Strategy meeting. Executive Board members serve 1-year terms with no limit set on the number of terms.
The Executive Board is made up of a President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and school Principal.
History
Home and School Association was formed in July 2023 to merge the work of the previous fundraising focused group, Home and School Club, and the leadership efforts of the Governance Council into one organization.
